I’m writing to you today to provide you some insight into what SeaMonster Studios will look like for the next couple of weeks, and what this means for your sites, projects and business.

Even though the SeaMonsters are remote and working from our respective homes and small offices to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, there will be no change in the support, service, or experience for you and your projects, websites, and hosting. Our team has been honing our remote work habits for several years now, and we’ve been a fully remote team for the last five. We’re both ready and comfortable with going all-in for some long-term remote work with you, so you won’t experience any disruptions. While it may prove to be inconvenient at times when getting together feels like the right thing to do, I want you to know that your safety, and that of your business is important to me.

We’ve been all-hands on deck for the last several days fielding questions and making quick changes to websites and projects as many of our clients ramp up for a shift in their online businesses and solutions. My team has done a fantastic job working as quickly as possible to meet the demand of these extra requests as a result of the evolving needs of remote daily life for almost everyone. We want to make sure you know that we’re here to help support you and your business during this outbreak.

I’m sure you’re already underway with remote teamwork, connecting with your clients in the same way we’re connecting with you now, and determining what the next several weeks of business looks like for you. We’re committed to keeping your projects spinning, ensuring your websites always running, and assisting your business during this challenge.

Right now, I know it’s more important than ever to provide you with peace of mind. We’ll continue to offer round the clock security and support for your websites, build great products, and create helpful solutions for you and your team as we all get through this together.

If we can support you in any way, please reach out to me or any member of the SeaMonster Studios team.

Thank you,
Wes Buckwalter
